I finti tagli di Monti e della casta. Basta prendere in giro gli italiani

Alle elezioni, ricordiamoci di questi signori

Già domani il ministro Pietro Giarda  presenterà al Consiglio dei Ministri la prima bozza dei tagli alla spesa pubblica denominata spending review che, se risulterà efficace,  non dovrebbe far salire l’IVA a settembre dal 21 al 23%. Lo scopo del governo è quello di reperire circa 4 miliardi di euro entro l’estate per raggiungere l’obiettivo prefissato.

Sinora però, l’unico ministro che ha presentato i propri tagli al dicastero è stato quello del Viminale, Annamaria Cancellieri che ha ideato un piano per tagliare circa 30 milioni di euro prevedendo l’accorpamento di 25 sedi di prefetture e il taglio di un dirigente su 4 tra prefetti, questori, comandanti dei Vigili del Fuoco e direzioni centrali del ministero.

Questa spending review però, è solo una cartina di tornasole perché, se il governo Monti vuole realmente tagliare le spese, ebbene ce n’è a iosa e che forse, con un po’ di buona volontà, potrebbero anche portare ad un dimezzamento del deficit che ha raggiunto la cifra record del 123% nel 2012 contro un 120% del pil del 2011.

Come volevasi dimostrare, il governo dei tecnici non ha portato bene alle casse italiane.

Ma cominciamo ad elencare qualche taglio: ci vuole molto ad abolire le provincie che con la costituzione delle Regioni, ormai alcuni decenni fa, rappresentano un doppione di queste? Già solo con l’abolizione di esse si avrebbe un risparmio di 2 miliardi, e così saremmo a metà del guado; quanto risparmieremmo se riducessimo le spese della casta del 50% per non dire di eliminarle del tutto? Quanto si risparmierebbe se si abolissero, se non tutte almeno in parte, le auto blu? Quanto si risparmierebbe se si desse mano alla norma approvata nella legge sul federalismo che prevede, per la sanità, il costo uguale in tutte le regioni dei medicinali, degli apparecchi medicali, delle siringhe, delle garze, ecc.?

Ma soprattutto, quanto si incasserebbe se il governo Monti dimostrasse che i sacrifici sono veramente equi rimodulando l’IMU sulle necessità degli invalidi, dei pensionati, dei disoccupati e facendo pagare l’imposta non solo al Vaticano ma anche e soprattutto alle Fondazioni bancarie? Si obietterà che è improprio chiamarle Fondazioni bancarie perché in effetti sono delle Onlus che posseggono la proprietà delle banche e quindi, come Onlus, appunto, sono escluse dalle imposte. Caro esponente delle banche, professor Monti, non le sembra che sta prendendo in giro gli italiani? Lei professore, ha un dono: ed è quello di saper usare molto bene, e ci mancherebbe, l’uso della scrittura e deli vocaboli della lingua italiana: Riesce a prendere per i fondelli gli italiani, usando terminologie a molti poco comprensibili per non dire quello che in effetti dovrebbe dire e cioè “la verità”. Quella verità che lei sta nascondendo agli italiani, di aver svenduto la nostra sovranità alla BCE senza il consenso dei cittadini e di essere lo zerbino della Merkel. Tra l’altro lei del consenso se ne può fregare, perché non è stato eletto, ma nominato.

Noi poveri cittadini ci ricorderemo alle prossime elezioni amministrative e politiche, non tanto di lei, quanto dei partiti che la stanno appoggiando.
